1. General Provisions
1.1 Acceptance of Terms
By completing a purchase through any official BR Innovate Future platform, you acknowledge and irrevocably agree to be bound by this Refund & Return Policy (“Policy”) and all other applicable terms issued by BR Innovate Future Sdn. Bhd. (“the Company”).
All digital or electronically delivered goods — including but not limited to e-vouchers, reload PINs, and software licenses — are final sales and strictly non-refundable once delivered, transmitted, or accessed.
1.2 Governing Law & Jurisdiction
This Policy is governed by the laws of Malaysia.
All disputes shall fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of Malaysian courts.
1.3 Amendments
The Company reserves the absolute right to amend, update, or terminate this Policy at any time without prior notice.
The most recent version published on this website shall prevail.
1.4 Entire Agreement
This Policy forms an integral part of the Company’s Master Terms & Conditions. In case of inconsistency, the Terms & Conditions shall take precedence.
1.5 Company Rights
The Company reserves the right to decline, suspend, or cancel any transaction suspected of fraud, misuse, resale, or non-compliance, without obligation to provide justification.
The Company may restrict or permanently terminate access for any Customer who breaches this Policy.
2. Eligibility for Refund
2.1 Qualified Cases
Refunds are subject to strict verification. All required documentation must be submitted; incomplete requests will be rejected.

Returned items must remain unused, unregistered, and unactivated.
Once a product has been activated, keyed in, or linked to a user account, it is considered consumed and ineligible for refund.
2.2 Non-Eligible Cases
Refunds or exchanges will not be approved for:
- Change of mind or buyer’s remorse
- Incorrect information was submitted during the purchase
- Digital products (e-vouchers, reload PINs, licenses, software)
- Opened, used, or activated goods
- Customized or personalized items
- Purchases via unauthorized third-party platforms
- Transactions made by third parties using Customer credentials
- Discounted, promotional, or bundled products
- Orders under fraud or policy-violation investigation
3. Return Protocols
3.1 Conditions for Return
- Returns must be initiated within 7 days of delivery.
- Items must remain in original condition with complete packaging and accessories.
- Customers must provide:
- Invoice copy
- RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number
- Photo or video evidence
3.2 Inspection & Verification
- Initial review: within 3 business days
- Technical inspection (if required): additional 7 business days
- The Company’s final decision shall be conclusive and binding.
- Independent inspection partners may be appointed where necessary.
3.3 Non-Returnable Items

3.4 Unauthorized Returns
Items returned without authorization, RMA number, or outside the allowed period may be forfeited without refund.
4. Return Procedure
4.1 Initiating a Return

Please include your order number, a description of the issue, and relevant photos/videos.
Returns that do not follow official instructions (e.g., sent to wrong address, incomplete documentation, unpaid postage) will not be accepted.
4.2 Shipping Responsibility

The Company shall not be liable for loss, damage, or non-delivery during transit.
Untracked or unsigned parcels will not be processed.
5. Refund Process
5.1 Processing Timeframes

All timelines are estimates. The Company is not responsible for delays caused by external financial institutions or gateways.
5.2 Deductions & Administrative Fees
- Up to 15% restocking fee for approved non-defective returns
- Up to RM 20 or 10% administrative fee (whichever is higher)
- Original shipping and delivery costs are non-refundable
- Additional deductions may apply for depreciation or product damage
5.3 Mode of Refund
Refunds are made only to the original payment instrument.
Alternative or cash refund methods will not be entertained.
6. Legal Protections
6.1 Limitation of Liability
The Company’s liability is limited to the original purchase price.
BR Innovate Future Sdn. Bhd. shall not be responsible for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss, including loss of profit, opportunity, or data.
6.2 Fraud & Security Screening
All claims undergo verification through:
- Identity and payment validation
- Timestamped photo/video evidence
- Platform activity logs
The Company reserves the right to report suspected fraud to relevant authorities.
6.3 Force Majeure
The Company shall not be liable for any delay or failure due to events beyond its reasonable control, including natural disasters, government actions, epidemics, or supply chain disruptions.
6.4 Indemnity
The Customer agrees to indemnify and hold harmless the Company, its directors, employees, and affiliates against any loss, damage, or cost (including legal fees) resulting from any breach or misuse of this Policy.
6.5 Proof of Delivery
Once a parcel or digital product is marked “Delivered” by the courier or platform system, it shall be deemed successfully received.
The burden of proof otherwise rests solely with the Customer.
7. Dispute Resolution
7.1 Internal Resolution
All disputes must first be submitted to the Company for internal review.
Customers must allow at least 14 business days for investigation before taking external action.
Failure to do so constitutes a waiver of claim.
7.2 Mediation & Arbitration
If unresolved internally:
- The matter shall be referred to the Malaysian Consumer Claims Tribunal (KPDN) for mediation.
- If mediation fails, the dispute shall proceed to binding arbitration under the Asian International Arbitration Centre (AIAC), Kuala Lumpur.
The arbitrator’s decision shall be final and enforceable under Malaysian law.
8. Customer Acknowledgement
By purchasing from BR Innovate Future Sdn. Bhd., you hereby confirm that you:
- Have read, understood, and accepted this Policy in full;
- Understand that refunds and returns are goodwill measures and not automatic entitlements.
- Acknowledge that repeated or abusive refund claims may result in account suspension or permanent ban; and
- Waive the right to participate in class or collective legal actions against the Company.
