1.1 Application Process:

• • Complete applications must be submitted via email or WhatsApp
• • Applications are subject to review and approval at the Company’s sole discretion

1.2 Eligibility Requirements:

• • Minimum age: 18 years
• • Must have valid Malaysian bank account for commission payments
• • Prohibited for Company employees and their immediate family members

2.1 Commission Rates by Product Category:

2.2 Exclusions:

• • No commission for E-Wallet Reload, Game Credits, Ticket & E-Vouchers, or Generic Digital Vouchers
• • Selected reload PINs (e.g., Touch ‘n Go, MCash, Grab) are excluded

2.3 Calculation Basis:

• • Commissions calculated on net sales value (excluding taxes, shipping, and discounts)
• • Only fully paid orders via affiliate links qualify

3.1 Payment Threshold: Minimum RM100 accumulated commission required for payout

3.2 Payment Schedule:

• • Processed on the 15th of each month
• • Bank transfer only (3-5 business day processing)
• • Monthly cycle: 1st to last day of calendar month

3.3 Voided Commissions:

4.1 Marketing Standards:

• • Prohibited: Spam, false advertising, brand misrepresentation
• • Required disclosure: “I may earn a commission for qualifying purchases”
• • Only use approved marketing materials and tracking links

4.2 Compliance Requirements:

• • Malaysia PDPA compliance for data collection
• • Adherence to all applicable advertising standards
• • Prohibition on coupon/deal sites without prior authorization

5.1 Termination:

• • Company may terminate immediately for policy violations
• • Affiliates may terminate with 7 days written notice
• • Outstanding commissions ≥ RM100 will be paid post-termination

5.2 Modifications:

• • Company reserves right to modify program terms with 30 days notice
• • Continued participation constitutes acceptance of changes

5.3 Disputes:

• • Governing law: Malaysia
• • Jurisdiction: Courts of Kuala Lumpur
• • Dispute resolution period: 30 days from notification
